Powerful, lively, and full of character: As part of the international equestrian tournament Horses & Dreams, an exceptional collection of 21 Oldenburg Elite foals was presented to an international audience today. The carefully selected young talents impressed across the board with their outstanding quality, modern conformation, and impressive gaits.

Already during his presentation today, the stallion prospect Espoire Gold, born March 17, 2026, by El.H. Escolar out of OLHPrSt. Weihe’s Happiness OLD by Dynamic Dream – Sir Donnerhall I – Don Schufro, bred by: Christine Arns-Krogmann, Lohne, Breeder: Zuchthof Arns-Krogmann GbR, Lohne, one could already sense that he is capable of following in the great hoofprints of his outstanding parents. With plenty of momentum, pronounced knee action, and impressive elasticity, he literally glided through the stadium and captured the audience’s attention. As the son of the elite stallion and Grand Prix-winning Escolar, he descends on his dam’s side from the internationally highly regarded Weissena line. His dam, Weihe’s Happiness OLD, is the reigning Bundeschampion of four-year-old riding horses as well as the Oldenburg Reserve Champion Mare. She is also the sister of the premium stallion L’avenir by Le Formidable and the licensed Everglow Gold by El.H. Escolar. The granddam, Elite mare Weihe’s Hope, produced last year’s champion foal at the German Foal Championships in Lienen. In the third generation, Weihegold OLD is a true icon of dressage: under Isabell Werth, she was awarded Olympic and European gold medals and also made a name for herself as the dam of the licensed Grand Prix winner and Olympian Total Hope OLD, among others.

A pedigree that leaves little to be desired—and a foal that has all the makings of a great future in international dressage.

In the third generation, Stolzenberg by Stakkato is another proven performer who sired top horses such as BSC Skipper under Holger Wulschner, Gain Line with Simon Delestre, and Hello Shelby under Scott Brash.

Catalog number 16, Diva Blue, born February 8, 2026, by El. H. Diarado out of Chacay by Chacco-Blue – Cento - Silvio I, bred and owned by Mario Stevens, Molbergen, not only impresses with a pedigree of the highest caliber but also set the hearts of show jumpers and breeders racing with her powerful canter. In addition, there are numerous show jumpers with successes up to S***** level, including Chalanda under Philip Houston, Stalognia with Rene Lopez Lizarazo, and Chalouries PS under Eugenio Garza Perez.

She is a daughter of Dynamic Pur, winner of the stallion aptitude test in Vechta and 1b main premium winner in 2025. Her dam, Championata, had already impressed at the 2024 Elite Mare Show in the Schlosspark in Rastede. She is also the sister of the Vechta auction horse Donatello by Destano, who was sold to the USA. The third dam is the sister of the licensed Gilberto by General I. Furthermore, Samsson by San Schufro, who was successful in the USA up to Intermédiaire I, also hails from this performance-oriented line. Her quality of movement, combined with her interesting pedigree, makes her a particularly attractive prospect for breeding and sport.

The collection brings together top-class dressage and show jumping foals from internationally proven performance lines, offering excellent prospects for both elite competition and modern horse breeding.

Tomorrow’s auction will begin with a focus on the dressage foals: their presentation starts at approximately 2:45 p.m. in the dressage arena.
