On March 11-12, the Polish Horse Breeders Association organised the qualifiers for the 2026 field test for young riding and harness stallions born in 2023, in Jaszkowo – Center for Horseback Riding near Pozna.v

Traditional stallions were divided into four groups, based on pedigrees that define the criteria specified for the equestrian discipline. In group A - dressage horses, in group B - jumping horses, in group C - eventing horses and in group D - driving horses.
The first element of the stallion qualification was a veterinary inspection and zootechnical measurements of the stallions. The next item on the qualifying agenda was the so-called hard-surface evaluation, where the all-important linear evaluation takes place. It was conducted in good conditions and beautiful weather.
Horses that passed the first part were presented twice in the hall in the ring. They have a chance to present themselves on the first and second day down a corridor during loose movement and free jumping.
