The long-awaited Stud 2000 auction of breeder Tony Foriers closed yesterday evening (Tuesday, August 30) with record prices. Chivas 2000 Z, the half-brother of Christian Ahlmann's five-star winner Dominator 2000 Z was sold to loyal customers from the USA for no less than €106,000.
The second highest price was reserved for Hiquita 2000 Z, a daughter of Geena van't Roosakker and thus the sister of the 1m60 showjumping Kheros van't Hoogeinde and Jivaro Imperio Egipcio. This beautiful Heartbreaker daughter moves to Germany for €52,000. Escalade 2000 Z, a son of Emerald out of the legendary Werly Chin de Muze, remains in Belgium for €50,000.
Other top prices were paid for Bellini 2000 Z, a sister of Akarad Hero Z and Ciao Bella 2000 Z, a daughter of Elektra van 't Roosakker.
