Viva Gold OLD delivers price highlight at Oldbg auction

The Ib main premium winner and top price supplier Viva Gold, grandson of the famous Weihegold OLD, delivered the price top of the 1st Oldenburg Online Foal Auction with the filly Viva Arosa.

The strong-moving Viva Arosa (Viva Gold x Millen-nium/Trak x Desperados), bred by Werner Bertke from Löningen, was sold online to a stud in Lower Saxony for €99,500. Her dam Alexandria is the sister of auction horses Dante’s Peak (Dante Weltino), Basil Smash (Bernay), and Virados (Viva Gold). Granddam Apollina II is the sister of Intermediaire I successful Dublin/Michal Knoflicek (CZE). The dam line produced the licensed and internationally successful Grand Prix auction horse August der Starke OLD (Argentinus) under the saddle of Victoria Max-Theurer (AUT).
The most expensive jumper knocked down at €11,500 was V-Energy (Verdi x I’m Special de Muze x Chacco-Blue), bred by Marcell Müller from Hustedt. Dam It Girl is the sister of the licensed Hof Sommerkamp Choutango (Clinton) and the 1m30 youngster tour winners Lago di Garda/Dennis Schlüsselburg and Qualitys Blue/Simone Baur. From the dam line also came Dobel’s Cordina/1m60 with Otto Becker, as well as Hof Asgard’s Farina/Uwe Schmitz, and Stella/Lena Schilmeier, who were successful up to 1m45. The stallion prospect will move into a stable in Austria in future.
The same customer also secured Kalle Cool (Karajan x Big Star x Cento), bred by Stephan Remmel, Salzhemmendorf, for €7,750, and this 1st Oldenburg Online Foal Auction achieved an average price of €12,175 and a turnover of €243,500.
