Kjento ridden by Lottie Fry

Kjento (Negro - Zoriana elite pref prest IBOP-dr PROK x Jazz) has done it again! The KWPN stallion bred by A.J. van Os and owned by Van Olst Horses was the only entry to be awarded a 10.0 in the seven-year-old class, rewarded for his brilliant trot which was convincingly shown by World Champion Lottie Fry. His canter was rewarded with 9.5 with 9.8 for perspective. The total score, including the technical mark was 85.786%.

Judge Maria Schwenneman said: “We cannot wish for more in the trot, showing this balance and collection: 10."

The expressive Oldenburg-bred chestnut stallion Destello (Dimaggio x Fürst Fugger, breeder Stefanie Löhmann) received 83,957%, well shown by Beatrice Hoffrogge. She improved from third place in the qualifying round to the silver medal, receiving 9.8 for a very easy-going trot as well as 9.5 for perspective. The bay Oldenburg-bred stallion Escamillo (Escolar x Rohdiamant, breeder Gestüt Tenterhof) shown by Spain's Manuel Dominiquez Bernal finished third with a total of 83.072%.

Unbelievable to say that Lottie Fry won every class in which she competed in Ermelo, including the CDI GP and GP Freestyle with her Olympic KWPN stallion Everdale (Lord Leatherdale x Negro, breeder P. Kluytmans), all owned by Gert Jan and Anne van Olst.
