KWPN-approved stallion Namelus R has passed away…

1764

The stallion, bred by Stal Roelofs, spent his last days at Stal Brouwer in Gieten, which brought him back last year following his period in France. Namelus R died at the age of 26 years.

It was Stal Brouwer that announced; "It was with pain in our hearts that we had to say goodbye to Namelus R today. After a great career in sport and breeding, in which he proved himself as a breeding stallion with numerous 1m60 horses and approved stallions with many studbooks. We look back on him with a lot of pride and pleasure and we have enjoyed the last years that he was in our stables."

Due to an injury, Namelus R was unable to fully exploit his great potential as a showjumper, but through his offspring has proven himself in both sport and breeding.  Several of his products are competing in international sport and several are approved stallions. A few of his offspring are the KWPN-approved stallions Tolan R (Aramis Z), Arthos R (Mermus R), and Dexter R (Contender).
