The annual stallion inspection of the Anglo European Studbook (AES) at Manege de Molenheide in Schijndel was a resounding success. With a relaxed atmosphere and a strong turnout of breeders and professionals, the event provided a platform for some impressive stallions.
In the showjumping category, the jury crowned Star van de Ganzepol (Kalaska de Semilly x Ultimo) as champion. This stallion, described as a complete sport horse, was bred by and is owned by Stal Vos. Jury member Robbert Ehrens praised him: “A well-developed horse with sufficient length, a strong foundation, and correct con-formation. He combines size and substance with blood. In the jumping chute, he demonstrated balance, power, and an exceptional character. A stallion with potential for both sport and breeding.”

In the dressage category, the title went to So You Can Dance (Next Level x Ferguson), owned and bred by Vink Horses. Jury member Koen Olaerts described him as a true standout: “With impressive basic gaits, this stallion made a lasting impression. We see great potential in him and look forward to seeing him excel under saddle in the future.”
The jury expressed satisfaction with the quality of the stallions presented this year. “We saw an intriguing group of young showjumping stallions, with a strong middle field and some real standouts. While some stallions need more time to develop, the potential is there. Overall, an excellent mix of sport and breeding horses,” said jury member Robbert Ehrens...
