The Polish Horse Breeders’ Association organizes many events specifically for breeders every year. The calendar of exhibitions and breeding events organized or co-organized by PZHK and district associations each year includes around 170 items.
The flagship event is the Polish Championships for Young Horses in dressage, showjumping, eventing, single-horse carriage driving, and endurance, all organized and financed by PZHK.
In 2025 The Polish Championships for Young Horses in showjumping will be held from August 15-17 at the Stallion Depot Łack. Two weeks later, the Single-Horse Carriage Driving Championship will be held with this herd. Then, September 4-7, will see the Polish Championships for Eventing Young Horses in Stragona Strzegom. Finally, the Polish Young Horse Dressage Championships will be held from September 26-28 at KJ Lider Radzionków.
PZHK has prepared some new initiatives for the Polish Young Horse Championship. Both events will, of course, take place simultaneously. Separating these classes is expected to bring two benefits.
Firstly, to raise the profile of the Polish Young Horse Championships as the main selection event, with the most prestigious title of the Polish Young Horse Champion and the related awards only be available to horses with Polish passports. This will be yet another step motivating breeders to enroll their horses in our association.
On the other hand, launching an event called the Polish Cup of Young Horses and liberalizing the conditions of participation by removing restrictions on geldings with foreign passports or horses without the possibility to register in main studbooks, will allow for the creation of a very promising sporting event under the aegis of PZHK. We anticipate that these initiatives will result in a significant increase in attendance and interest in this event...
