From October 25 to November 2, 'Stud Farm Tours Without Registration' will once again take place daily at 1:30 p.m. Visitors are guided through the stables by trained stud guides and will learn a wealth of interesting facts about the individual horse breeds native to the stud, their history, and daily work. Along the way, guests experience the unique atmosphere of Germany's oldest state-run stud farm.

Any time is a good time to visit Marbach, but the autumn is especially colourful with its brilliant foliage and the landscape bathed in golden light. The horses are starting to wrap themselves in their warm winter coats, and the stud farm has a special glow for anyone seeking peace and harmony with nature.

The price is €7.00 for adults and €3.50 for children. This stud farm tour is free with the AlbCard. Tickets for the tour are available in the stud farm shop, and the meeting point is the Mare Fountain in the courtyard of the Marbach Stud Farm. Registration is not necessary, but group sizes are limited, so please arrive early to ensure participation. The stud shop is open during the fall break from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., but winter opening hours will apply from Monday, November 3, 2025, through March 2026. During this period, the stud shop will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sundays and public holidays, as well as during school holidays (BW), except December 24, 25, 26, and 31.
