Norbert Boley, the outgoing managing director of the Holsteiner Verband Hengsthaltungs GmbH, had hoped to host a live-audience event for his final stallion presentation, but the current Covid situation has made it impossible. Certainly, a relaxation of the regulations imposed to try and contain the virus within the state of Schleswig-Holstein within the next four weeks is not on the horizon. Therefore, the only option is to present the Association stallions online: Saturday, February 5, 2022, from 2:30 p.m. on ClipMyHorse.tv.

Current planning includes a live broadcast from the Fritz-Thiedemann-Halle in Elmshorn, with a pre-recording of the young stallions free jumping for logistical reasons. According to Boley:  "It's a shame that there can be no stallion presentation in Neumünster in 2022, but last year we received a lot of positive feedback for the online transmission. [...]

The event will be moderated by Carsten Sostmeier, and in total around 30 stallions will be presented, from newly licensed in the free-jumping series, to successful young sires, to old stars in hand. As usual, the Elmshorn riding team will be supported by fellow riders from Schleswig-Holstein as well as top internationals. This year, for example, reigning German showjumping champion Sophie Hinners and Olympic silver medalist Rolf-Göran Bengtsson will be attending

The broadcast will be free of charge on Saturday, February 5, 2022 from 2:30 p.m. on www.clipmyhorse.tv and will then also be available from the media library.
