Oldenburg saddle licensing and auction begins tomorrow

Splendid (San Amour I)

On Monday, April 19, the strong type stallions of the 10th Oldenburg Saddle Licensing will compete for a coveted licensing certificate. The licensing begins at 1:00 p.m. with inspection on hard ground, after which they will be presented under saddle.

You can watch the 10th Oldenburger Saddle Licensing live, with the online auction starrting on April 19 at 9:00 p.m., and concluding Wednesday, April 21. The auction will also be broadcast live via the Oldenburg homepage.

A talented eye-catcher of the stallion collection is Nr. 56, the strong-moving Splendid (San Amour I x Dream Boy) from the successful damline of N-Infinity, who was already successful at advanced level at the age of seven. His granddam Fatinitza was Grand Prix victorious under the saddle of Russia's Tatyana Makarova, RUS. From the same damline came European Rendezvous, with Michael Klimke.

Nr. 53 is another promising candidate by Indian Rock x Sandro Hit, who will demonstrate his talent during the Vechta licensing. His sire, Indian Rock, is a son of the Grand Prix Special winner Apache, with Emmelie Scholtens (NED). From the dam line come the Grand Prix horses Hetman Shaydachniy (Calato), ridden by Inna Logutenkova (UKR), and Bellino (Belissimo M) with Mark Carter (USA).

Stallions may be tried on Tuesday, April 20 from 12:00 noon.
