Fences welcome return to ‘live’ auctions

1079

After three uniquely 'digital' years, the Fences selection auctions are returning with a face-to-face format that will bring together 60 three- and four-year old talents in Deauville on July 4/5 during a young horse competition.

The youngsters were chosen from around Europe during a selection tour in May and June, and include prospective successors to European champions Myrtille Paulois or the crack Quartz Rouge – both of whom passed through Fences auctions.

You can already discover them online in the coming days – www.fences.fr – complete with images and a veterinary report.

They will be presented to the public on Monday, July 4 in the indoor arena of the Pôle International du Cheval in Deauville, France starting at 4:00 p.m., after which spectators will be invited to gather for a cocktail.

The auction itself will take place in a single session gathering all 60 lots on Tuesday, July 5, starting at 6:00 p.m., at which simple catering and tables can already be reserved by contacting the Fences office by email: contact@fences.fr or telephone: +33 (0)2 31 90 93 24

The auction will be broadcast live on www.fences.fr and bids will also be taken online following advance registration.

The Fences Selection Auction in Deauville is destined to become a new, recurring, and convivial event.
