The fourth edition of a Holsteiner foal auction in hybrid format will take place during the Springflut Festival in Hörup on July 13, and it promises a lot of quality and genetics of the absolute top level. Marketing manager Felix Flinzer, together with the initiators of the Holsteiner Highlight Sales, has been able to gather 17 prospects for this promising collection.

For example, catalogue #9, Sunflower (United Way x Casall) from sport-tested line 18A2, whose dam has already produced several 1m60 horses, including Chepetta (Chepetto) with Kevin Staut (FRA) and Cilantro (Cassini) ridden by Meagan Nusz (USA). The filly's dam is also a full sister to the licensed stallion Castle Creek (Thomas Brandt/GER), who is successful up to 1m45.

Catalogue #14 also has internationally renowned relatives. Smilla, a daughter of Million Dollar x Livello, is the Olympic and five-star winners London 52 with Laura Collett (GBR), who stands out in particular. The pair are among the highly touted medal favorites in eventing at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

No less interesting: catalogue #13, Especial Kalone (Ermitage Kalone x Uriko). This grandson of Catoki comes from the direct dam line of horses such as Quick Nick by Quinar (Jonella Ligresti Bonomelli/ITA), Soccero by Singulord Joter, who was once introduced to the sport by Janne-Friederike Meyer-Zimmermann, and Davis by Diarado, who became Vice State Champion of the seven-year-old showjumpers under Rolf-Göran Bengtsson in mid-June.
