For this year’s championships for three-year-old horses taking place during the first weekend of SWB Equestrian Weeks – September 26/27 – a significant investment is being made in the breeders and owners of the participating horses.
For this year’s event, the prize fund has been increased and will be awarded to the eight highest-placed horses, compared to the previous five, in both jumping and dressage breeding championships.
A total of SEK 140,000 (€12,732/US$14,668) will be distributed during the first weekend of SWB Equestrian Weeks, with prize money shared between horse owners and breeders in both disciplines. In addition to the championship classes, special scholarships will be awarded in the National Mare Show for three-year-old horses and their own age-group Championship in cooperation with Agria and Hyperion Stud.
On Saturday, the championship classes will be interspersed with lectures and seminars presented together with SWB’s partners, focusing on current topics of interest to breeders and horse owners...
