St.Pr.St. Dorina has been named the Hanoverian Mare of the Year. Born in 2002 at Günther Lindwehr's farm in Alfhausen, the bay mare impresses not only with her own riding horse qualities, but above all with her outstanding offspring and grand offspring

St.Pr.St. Dorina (De Niro x Weltmeyer x Bolero) was born at Günther Lindwehr’s farm in Alfhausen in 2002, and she is still at home at the Lindwehr farm today. Last year, in her 17th breeding year, she gave birth to her 17th and last foal. The successful bay mare, together with her Fürstenball daughters Fürstenfee and Hann.Pr.St. Franziska L, formed the winning family in Badbergen. Han.Pr.St. Franziska L, in turn, presented an elite family at the 2024 mare show with two daughters by F-D’avie and Vitalis.
The Vitalis daughter was none other than Han.Pr.A. Ext+ Vision L, Champion mare at the Herwart von der Decken show and 2024 Bundeschampionat finalist. With Stefan Kleine-Klanker, she was victorious in both riding horse and dressage horse tests.
This brings us to the heart of the success story of her offspring and grand offspring. The absolute highlight of her direct offspring is Facilone FRH (Fürstenball). As a four-year-old Hanoverian riding horse champion, he was a finalist at the Bundeschampionat with Bianca Nowag-Aulenbrock. At the age of five, he represented Hanover’s colours with Austrian rider Stephanie Dearing at the dressage FEI-WBFSH World Breeding Championships for Young Horses in Ermelo, the Netherlands. Marcus Hermes trained him up to Grand Prix level, and Helen Langehanenberg celebrated international successes with him in Falsterbo, Sweden, and Budapest, Hungary. Facilone FRH is currently winning Grand Prix classes with the young Nicola Ahorner...
