The second breeding event in the series The Days of Polish Sport Horses, took place on August 16 at the Turzyn Stud in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie region. Its aim is to promote the products of Polish breeders and registered with the PZHK Studbook.

On this occasion, the judges evaluated the foals in the three groups; dressage foals, showjumping fillies, and showjumping colts.
According to the judges – Marlena Gruca (FEI 4* dressage judge), Wolf Lahr from Germany, Pawel Mazurek (former President of PZHK), and Henryk Sobon (a well-known breeder and judge) – it was the group of showjumping colts that presented the highest quality. Wolf Lahr underlined this observation by saying that as many as six colts out of 15 presented could easily compete in any foal championships organized by western European studbooks in terms of their conformation, gaits, type, or pedigree.
The champion of this category for showjumping colts was the dark bay colt Lovely White sp (Hickstead White [Oldbg] - La Cornetta sp by Cornet Obolensky [BWP]) bred and owned by Tomasz Bagniewski. This colt is a grandson of GP showjumping mare ng La Pezi OLD (Lord Pezi Junior x Landor S) ridden by Marek Lewicki.
Runner up in this category was Nevadowski S sp (Dominator 2000 Z x Romualdo [KWPN]), half brother of Tokyo 2021 team bronze medallist stallion Nevados S. He was bred and is owned by the Narloch family that is continuing the breeding legacy of Mr. Stanislaw Szurik, the late breeder of Nevados S.
Third place on the podium went to a really handsome bay colt Django HA sp by Westfalian champion Coeur de Bella Donna OLD out of the champion mare Diarada (Diarago [Holst]). The colt, bred and owned by Andrzej Herrmann, was awarded the same score as Nevadowski although the latter’s gaits were better evaluated by the judges...
