Valegro (Negro - Maifleur x Gershwin) is once again wowing at the Olympic Games with his elegance and harmony. In the very capable hands of Charlotte Dujardin, the gelding moved easily into the lead in Rio (85.071%) ahead of Hanoverian stallion Desperados FRH (De Niro - Wie Musik x Wolkenstein II) on 82.257% with Kristing Broring-Sprehe. Two very different horses, yet both with extraordinary athleticism and movement. Valegro’s breeders, Joop and Maartje Hanse were, in fact, awarded as the leading WBFSH breeders for the third time in 2015.
