The Selle Français studbook has partnered with ASEP (the association of private stallion owners) and the equestrian hub of Saint-Lô to organize a special weekend show for sport stallions on February 24/25. No fewer than seven French champions, including two youngsters crowned in 2017, will be paraded by their owners under the watchful eyes of spectators. The two-year-old SF champion, Falcone Rouge (Tyrol Rouge - Nesle de la Roque x Villez xx), bred by well-known local Xavier Leredde, who became the champion stallion last October; three-year-old champion Eldorado d’Elle (Qlassic Bois Margot - Niade d’Elle x Richebourg), bred by the Pignolet family; alongside half brothers, four- and five-year-old champions Delstar Mail (Diamant Semilly - Katchina Mail x Calvaro) and Catchar Mail (Utrillo van de Heffinck - Katchina Mail x Calvaro). Joining them will be the CCE four-year-old champion Dartagnan de Beliard (Quite Easy - Royce de Kreisker x Diamant de Semilly), Dagon des Baleines (Ugobak des Baleines - Quintera Alia Z x Quaprice Z), Cicave du Talus (Untouchable M - Neika du Talus x Voltaire)… Fans of dressage will also have the privilege of seeing the evolution of two young SF champion since their training began last September in Saumur.
