The Polish Young Horse Eventing Championships and Cup took place in Strzegom from September 3 to 5, 2026. As one of the most important sporting and breeding events organized by the Polish Horse Breeders Association, it attracts growing interest from owners, breeders, and riders alike.

This year, 51 horse-and-rider combi-nations competed, up from 30 the previous year, with four- and five-year-old horses traditionally judged on style, while six-year-olds competed in the CCI1*-Intro class.

MPMK w WKKW (Polish Young Horse Eventing Championship)

Four-year-old class: The 2026 Polish Young Horse Champion in the four-year-old category, with a score of 30.44 points, was Akropol xx (Fulbright xx - Akademia xx x Muhtathir xx). This dark bay gelding was bred by Katarzyna Wolanin, is owned by SKIMO (Przemysław Sobczyk), and was presented by Wioleta Hajnos. The judges appreciated, among other things, his safe, consistent, and balanced jumping on the cross-country course, and his rhythmic canter, awarding him 16.96 points for this phase.
The silver medal went to the Polish Sport Horse Irbis (Kandy Progress/ex Keeper [KWPN] - Iluzja m x Eksport m), bred and owned by Wojciech Wróbel and ridden by Mariusz Kleniuk (29.44 points).
The second runner-up was Odynoke sp (More Than Special MG [KWPN] - Orneta sp x Elvaro [KWPN]). Bred and owned by Aneta Reich, this bay gelding was presented by Piotr Tauba (28.72 points).

PPMK (Polish Young Eventing Horse Cup)

The winner of the Polish Young Horse Cup, with a score of 28.16 points, was Funny II-WM [German Sport Horse/DSP] [Courtier OLD (OS) - Farina-WM German Sport Horse [DSP] x Wanderfrüst [Hann]). This bay gelding was bred by Wojciech Majewski, is owned by Truck Partner (Elzbieta Kostrzewska), and was ridden by Klaudia Kostrzewska...
