Prince Wolf Sakker

The 17-year-old sBs stallion Prince van de Wolfsakker (Nabab de Reve - Remis x Chin Chin) has died while enjoying his retirement with Marc van Dijk in Belgium. Bred by Bart van de Kloet and approved for breeding by AES and Oldenburg, Prince had a good sporting career with Yves Vanderhasselt and as a member of Belgium's Nations’ Cup team, producing a double clear in Copenhagen 2009 where he also finished eighth in the Grand Prix. Prince's competition days continued under the saddle of Brazilian Rodrigo Mesquita Marinho, with whom he placed in two-star Grand Prix classes in Jardy (FRA) and Lyon (FRA). The stallion’s sire, Nabab de Reve, produced the 2010 WEG world champion Vigo d’Arsouilles, as well as numerous other Grand Prix showjumpers, while his dam’s sire, Chin Chin starred for more than five years in international classes with Jaime Azcarrage (MEX), including two Olympic Games (Seoul 1988 and Barcelona 1992) and two World Equestrian Games.
