Who can forget the stunning performances of Swiss dressage stallion Gauguin de Lully, who won his first international title in 1975 with Christine Stückelberger. He was the ultimate gentleman in the dressage arena. Fast forward 21 years when Glock’s Flirt (Florestan I) – a grandson of Gauguin de Lully – danced his way into the hearts of the Scandinavium Arena crowd during the 2016 World Cup finals in Gothenburg. Lifting this coveted trophy was a career first for Dutchman Hans-Peter Minderhoud.
