Blue eye Balou de Rouet

Cafe’s Casimir (Cafe au lait x Calido x Grannus) was the most expensive horse at the 87th Fall Elite Auction at the Oldenburg Horse Center Vechta. This dressage dancer with fabulous movement went under the hammer for €125,000 to German customers. This five-year-old stallion has already been placed in dressage tests.

The result of the show jumping collection was also amazing with customers paying €85,000 for the appropriately named Blue Eye x Balou du Rouet x Quite Easy I x Wendekreis (see photo). The price leaderboard for foals was headed by Vitus Weltino x Vitalis x Welt Hit II x Noble Roi xx – a highly noble colt who sold for €60,000, while a sporty showjumping colt, Cordial x Cornet Obolensky x Contender x Landgraf I, changed hands for €22,000.
