The Oldenburg stallion Balou Star (Balou du Rouet - Quenada Z x Quick Star), currently the reigning young riders European team champion under the saddle of Millie Allen (GBR), today moved into a new competition stable with Pius Schwizer in Oensingen, Switzerland.
The new couple’s first international appearance is hopefully planned for the showjumping CSI5* in Basel from January 11-14 – an outing that will be much anticipated by the many spectators who attend this event. Schwizer was quoted as offering grateful thanks to
Millie Allen and her father and trainer Peter Allen, who have both developed the stallion internationally under the leadership of the British team chef  Di Lampard MBE to the current high level status status. Balou Star’s top quality frozen sperm will be available 2018 for global distribution. Further details will be posted soon at www.baloustar.com  Balou Star’s dam Quenada Z (Quick Star [SF] - Drenada [Oldbg] x Domino [Hann]) will also be available at Schwizer’s stable for top-class breeding, exclusively with selected sires.
